This Must Be a Nice House

So, Brax and I were walking home from the mail and bus pick up yesterday. We had been talking about his school day. All of a sudden, he says, "This must be a nice house that we live in now." It was out of the blue, so I asked him why he said that and yes, it was a nice house. He then says, "Grandpa and Grandma sure come visit a lot, so it must be a nice house!" I didn't know what to do but laugh. I then asked if that was okay if they came to visit. He smiles and says, "Of course!" He's picking up way too many of our phrases right now. I just didn't want to forget it. I thought it was cute!
